I believe that each of my executive coaching clients is unique, creative, and in charge of moving their professional lives forward. This, in turn, leads to greater productivity, success, and effectiveness. My Executive Coaching Philosophy is primarily based on three things:
Trust
At the heart of any coaching relationship is trust. Erin builds trust with clients by genuinely believing that each of them is unique, creative, responsible, and in charge of moving their own life forward. She engages with clients as a supportive, objective person, helping them succeed as they travel on their path of professional growth.
Neuroscience and coaching
Incorporating the most current neuroscience findings based on research on coaching, Erin approaches coaching engagements by focusing on client’s strengths, which has shown to encourage motivation, a willingness to tackle difficulties, and openness to new ideas leading to increased organizational productivity, success, and effectiveness. Erin’s care for each of her clients leads her to be completely candid with them about their great strengths, as well as those things that may be getting in their way of finding genuine success.
Microlearning
As clients work toward their goals, we may employ the concepts of microlearning. Learning new behaviors and beliefs can be challenging; however, by approaching coaching as a series of manageable learning experiences that are relevant and can be practiced soon after our sessions, my clients experience more success with their long-term coaching goals.
In the past year, Erin has coached clients from
