Collier & Company worked with the Dean and executive leadership of a large and complex department at the University of Arizona to help them become more effective in advancing the University’s priorities. Initially, it appeared this required change at a policy level. However, through research conducted in focus groups, surveys, and interviews of leadership we determined that the culture needed to be addressed. The remainder of the project focused on transforming the culture of the organization. Results include:
